Chocolate Filled Bundt Cake

Ingredients
- 18 ounces yellow cake mix, i always use duncan hines
- 3/4 cup water or 3/4 cup milk
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
- 3 eggs
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons butter, softened
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup semisweet chocolate morsel
- 1 egg
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 350 degrees f.
- 2 cake: mix all ingredients in bowl and beat on high for 2 minutes.
- 3 pour into greased and floured bundt pan.
- 4 (i use bakers joy spray).
- 5 filling: melt semi sweet morsels.
- 6 in small bowl mix all ingredients, beat until smooth.
- 7 drop filling by small spoonfuls onto cake.
- 8 do not let filling touch sides of pan.
- 9 bake 45-55 minutes.
- 10 cool in pan for 15 minutes before removing from pan.
- 11 glaze with chocolate icing.
