Ingredients

- 8 ounces mushrooms, sliced
- 1 tablespoon flour
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 4 slices toast
Recipe
- 1 saute mushrooms in butter.
- 2 sprinkle with flour and stir.
- 3 season with salt and pepper.
- 4 stir in the rest of the ingredients.
- 5 heat until thick.
- 6 spread on toast.
