Chinese Hot Mustard

1/3 cup dry mustard
1 teaspoon sugar
1/4 cup boiling water
2 teaspoons vegetable oil
Recipe
1 combine mustard and sugar; stir in water and oil. let stand 8 hours before serving. stor in fridge.
