Creamed Spinach Casserole

Total Time: 40 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 2 (10 ounce) packages frozen spinach
  • 1 (8 ounce) cream cheese, softened
  • 12 ounces shredded parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted

Recipe

  • 1 thaw spinach.
  • 2 combine to thawed spinach softened cream cheese; 10 oz. shredded parmeasan cheese; 1/2 t. nutmeg; 1/4 t. salt; 1/8 t. pepper; 1 stick of unsalted butter (melted); stir until combined.
  • 3 put all the ingredients in a greased casserole dish.
  • 4 sprinkle remaining 2 oz of parmeasan cheese on top.
  • 5 bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
