- 1/2 cup desiccated coconut
- 1 pinch paprika
- 1 tablespoon hot milk
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped onion
- 1 pinch chili powder (optional)
- lemon juice
- salt
Recipe
- 1 place coconut in a bowl, sprinkle with paprika, salt, milk, lemon juice, chopped onion and if desired, the chili powder.
- 2 mix thoroughly, taste and adjust seasoning.
- 3 pile into a small bowl and garnish with sliced chillies.
