Copper Pennies

Total Time: 20 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 2 lbs carrots
  • 1 large green pepper, diced
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 can tomato soup
  • 3/4 cup vinegar
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 dash garlic powder

Recipe

  • 1 slice and cook carrots.
  • 2 cool.
  • 3 add green pepper and onion.
  • 4 in medium bowl, mix together tomato soup, vinegar, sugar, worchestershire sauce, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  • 5 pour over vegetables and chill overnight.
  • 6 will keep for up to a month in refrigerator.
