Creamy Apple Slaw

Total Time: 15 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 5 mins

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup cider vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 2 teaspoons dijon mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 4 cups coleslaw mix
  • 2 granny smith apples, grated
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped

Recipe

  • 1 whisk cream, vinegar, oil, sugar, dijon and salt together in a large bowl.
  • 2 add coleslaw mix, apple, and parsley; toss with dressing to coat.
  • 3 the slaw may be chilled for up to one hour before serving.
