Creamy Apple Slaw

Ingredients
- 1/3 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup cider vinegar
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 2 teaspoons dijon mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
- 4 cups coleslaw mix
- 2 granny smith apples, grated
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
Recipe
- 1 whisk cream, vinegar, oil, sugar, dijon and salt together in a large bowl.
- 2 add coleslaw mix, apple, and parsley; toss with dressing to coat.
- 3 the slaw may be chilled for up to one hour before serving.
