Corn Casserole

Total Time: 50 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 40 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 8
  • 8 1/2 ounces jiffy cornbread mix
  • 14 3/4 ounces creamed corn
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 egg

Recipe

  • 1 mix well.
  • 2 pour into a buttered 8 x 8 pan.
  • 3 bake at 400 for 40 mins or until spoon comes out clean.
