Creamed Spinach Casserole

Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 2 (10 ounce) packages frozen spinach
- 1 (8 ounce) cream cheese, softened
- 12 ounces shredded parmesan cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
Recipe
- 1 thaw spinach.
- 2 combine to thawed spinach softened cream cheese; 10 oz. shredded parmeasan cheese; 1/2 t. nutmeg; 1/4 t. salt; 1/8 t. pepper; 1 stick of unsalted butter (melted); stir until combined.
- 3 put all the ingredients in a greased casserole dish.
- 4 sprinkle remaining 2 oz of parmeasan cheese on top.
- 5 bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
