Ingredients

- 4 (15 ounce) cans hominy, drained
- 16 ounces cottage cheese, small curd
- 8 ounces canned diced green chiles
- 16 ounces cheese, cheddar, shredded
- 1/2 teaspoon salt, to taste
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper, to taste
Recipe
- 1 mix all ingredients in a large bowl.
- 2 pour into a 9x9 greased baking dish.
- 3 bake for 45 minutes at 375 degrees.
