Chicken Stew With Wine

Total Time: 4 hrs 10 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 4 hrs

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 lb chicken breast, boneless, skinless, cubed
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup dry wine
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 cup broccoli floret
  • 1 cup cubed yellow squash
  • salt and pepper

Recipe

  • 1 combine all ingredients except broccoli, squash, salt and pepper in a slow cooker.
  • 2 cover and cook on high 4-5 hours, adding broccoli and squash during the last 20 minutes.
  • 3 discard bay leaf. season to taste with salt and pepper.
