- 4 plum tomatoes
- 1/2 red onion
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
Recipe
- 1 cut tomatoes and onion into bite size chunks. place in small bowl. toss with basil, olive oil, and vinegar. let sit at room temperature at least 20 minutes before serving.
