Corn Bread Casserole With Fresh Corn And Green Onions

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 1/2 cup butter, unsalted, melted (plus additional for coating pan)
  • 1 cup corn, fresh (approximately 2 ears of corn)
  • 1 (15 ounce) can cream-style corn
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 (8 ounce) package corn muffin mix
  • 6 tablespoons green onions, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 pinch salt

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • 2 butter a 9-inch square baking pan.
