Ingredients
- Servings: 5
- 3 cups corn (i used defrosted frozen corn)
- 2 cups cashews, raw
- 1 lime, juice
- 1 teaspoon salt
Recipe
- 1 puree all ingredients in food processor.
- 2 spread on fruit roll-up sheets, about 1/4 inch thick.
- 3 dehydrate at 110 degrees for 10-12 hours, flip over and dry several more hours.
- 4 enjoy plain or with salsa.
