Corn Flatbread (dehydrator) (raw Foods)

Ingredients

  • Servings: 5
  • 3 cups corn (i used defrosted frozen corn)
  • 2 cups cashews, raw
  • 1 lime, juice
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Recipe

  • 1 puree all ingredients in food processor.
  • 2 spread on fruit roll-up sheets, about 1/4 inch thick.
  • 3 dehydrate at 110 degrees for 10-12 hours, flip over and dry several more hours.
  • 4 enjoy plain or with salsa.
