Cranberry-port Relish

Total Time: 40 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • 3 cups fresh cranberries
  • 1 medium onion, finely chopped
  • 1/3 cup cider vinegar
  • 1 cup golden raisin
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 1/2 cups port wine
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Recipe

  • 2 pan, combine all ingredients and bring to a boil over high heat, stirring occasionally.
