Cranberry-port Relish

Ingredients

- 3 cups fresh cranberries
- 1 medium onion, finely chopped
- 1/3 cup cider vinegar
- 1 cup golden raisin
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 1/2 cups port wine
- 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Recipe

- 2 pan, combine all ingredients and bring to a boil over high heat, stirring occasionally.
