Creamy Blue Cheese French-style Dressing

Ingredients

- 2/3 cup ketchup
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/3 cup onion, chopped
- 1 -2 teaspoon fresh minced garlic
- 2 teaspoons worcestershire sauce
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise (optional or to taste)
- salt and black pepper (to taste)
- 1/4 cup crumbled blue cheese (or to taste)
Recipe
- 1 place all ingredients except the blue cheese, salt and pepper in the food processor; process until well blended and smooth.
- 2 mix in the blue cheese, then season with black pepper and salt to taste.
- 3 place in a glass jar and cover tightly.
- 4 chill for a minimum of 6 hours before using.
