Curry Chicken With Pearl Onions

Total Time: 1 hr Preparation Time: 30 mins Cook Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 10 ounces pearl onions
  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 8 ounces tomato sauce
  • 1 tablespoon curry powder
  • 1/4 cup wine
  • 1/2 teaspoon red chili paste
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Recipe

  • 1 saute chicken in olive oil until no longer pink in center.
  • 2 remove from pan and slice in thin strips.
  • 3 peel onions and saute in oil (in same pan you used for chicken).
  • 4 add curry, garlic, and chili paste.
  • 5 saute until onions are translucent.
  • 6 return sliced chicken to pan and stir in wine and tomato sauce.
  • 7 let simmer for 15 minutes and serve.
