- 2 cups carrots, peeled grated
- 1 tablespoon ginger, crushed
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 teaspoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 2 teaspoons rice wine vinegar
- 2 teaspoons mirin (optional)
- 2 tablespoons sesame seeds
Recipe
- 1 mix carrots and daikon
- 2 mix everything else but seeds together mix pour over radishs top with seeds.
