Amazing Spinach Bacon Quiche

Total Time: 1 hr 35 mins Preparation Time: 35 mins Cook Time: 1 hr

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 8 ounces frozen spinach, thawed and drained
  • 12 slices bacon, cooked and chopped
  • 2 cups skim milk
  • 3 large eggs
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 prepared pie crust

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  • 2 place crust into pie pan.
  • 3 poke small holes all over the crust with a fork to prevent your crust from bubbling up while baking.
  • 4 chill the crust for about 15 minutes in the fridge.
  • 5 bake the crust for about 15 minutes.
  • 6 while the crust is chilling and baking mix together the spinach, bacon, milk, eggs, cheese, and salt a pepper.
  • 7 pour into pie crust.
  • 8 bake in oven for about 1 hour or until the top of your quiche is browned.
