Ingredients
- 3 1/2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 -1 1/2 teaspoon salt (to taste)
- 1 1/2 tablespoons curry powder
- 1 lb pecan halves
- 5 tablespoons vegetable oil
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 275.
- 2 mix sugar, salt, and curry.
- 3 place pecans on baking sheet and sprinkle with oil and spices.
- 4 bake 30 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes.
- 5 (don't refrigerate. will keep 2 to 3 weeks.).
