Baked Chicken Breasts In Vermouth

Total Time: 1 hr 5 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 1 hr

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 4 chicken cutlets
  • 3/4 cup vermouth
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon oregano
  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 2 tablespoons water

Recipe

  • 1 mix all ingredients together except for the chicken.
  • 2 place chicken in a covered baking dish and pour the mixture over it.
  • 3 cover and bake at 375 for 1 hour, until done.
