Coconut Sambol

Total Time: 15 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 1/2 cup desiccated coconut
  • 1 pinch paprika
  • 1 tablespoon hot milk
  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped onion
  • 1 pinch chili powder (optional)
  • lemon juice
  • salt

Recipe

  • 1 place coconut in a bowl, sprinkle with paprika, salt, milk, lemon juice, chopped onion and if desired, the chili powder.
  • 2 mix thoroughly, taste and adjust seasoning.
  • 3 pile into a small bowl and garnish with sliced chillies.
