Cottage Cheese - Dill Dip

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 cup low fat cottage cheese
  • 1 green onion, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, snipped
  • 1 teaspoon dried dill
  • 1/2 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 dash garlic powder

Recipe

  • 1 in a food processor bowl or blender container place all ingredients.
  • 2 cover and process or blend until smooth. cover and refrigerate for at least one hour.
  • 3 serve with vegetable dippers.
