- 1 cup low fat cottage cheese
- 1 green onion, chopped
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, snipped
- 1 teaspoon dried dill
- 1/2 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 1 dash garlic powder
Recipe
- 1 in a food processor bowl or blender container place all ingredients.
- 2 cover and process or blend until smooth. cover and refrigerate for at least one hour.
- 3 serve with vegetable dippers.
