- 1 lb ground beef
- 2 onions, diced
- 4 cups frozen diced hash brown potatoes
- 2 teaspoons curry powder
- 2 cups beef broth
- salt
- ground black pepper
Recipe
- 1 in a large skillet brown onions and ground beef.
- 2 stir in curry powder, salt and pepper and beef broth.
- 3 cook over low heat until broth is absorbed and potatoes are cooked.
- 4 may add water if needed to cook potatoes.
