Ingredients

- 100 g japanese mild curry paste
- 2 -3 potatoes
- 2 -2 1/2 cups water
Recipe
- 1 peel and chop up the potatoes.
- 2 boil the potatoes until they are really soft.
- 3 lower heat and drain.
- 4 mash the potatoes.
- 5 put the potatoes back in the pot along with 2 cups of water on low heat.
- 6 add the curry roux and mix really, really well.
