Caraway Sauerkraut Bake

Ingredients

- 1/2 lb bacon, diced
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 (27 ounce) can sauerkraut, rinsed and drained
- 1 (8 ounce) can sauerkraut, rinsed and drained
- 1 (14 1/2 ounce) can stewed tomatoes
- 1 cup packed brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon caraway seed
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 350.
- 2 in a skillet cook bacon and onion until bacon is crisp; drain.
- 3 add all remaining ingredients.
- 4 transfer to an ungreased 2 quart baking dish.
- 5 bake, uncovered, for 30-35 minute or until heated through.
