- 4 boneless chicken breasts
- 100 g danish blue cheese
- 280 ml double cream
Recipe
- 1 for the chicken :preheat oven 200degrees. place in small roasting dish and a few splashes of olive oil and season. cook for 25mins .basting half way through.
- 2 for the sauce:cut the blue cheese into small cubes and place into a small saucepan on low heat. as you see the cheese melting begin adding the cream in small amounts.giving it time to heat. try not to let it boil.
- 3 pour sauce over chicken and your desired vegetables.and enjoy!
