Colonel Sanders' Special Dressing

Ingredients

• 1/2 cup ketchup, plus
• 2 tablespoons ketchup
• 1/3 cup mayonnaise
• 1/4 cup chili sauce
• 1/4 cup vegetable oil
• 1 1/2 teaspoons prepared mustard
• 1 1/4 teaspoons worcestershire sauce
• 1 tablespoon onion juice
• 1 tablespoon vinegar
• 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
• 1/4 teaspoon red pepper
• 1/8 teaspoon tabasco sauce
• 1 garlic clove, crushed fine

Recipe

• 1 mix all ingredients thoroughly.
• 2 serve over salads or as a dressing for sandwiches.
• 3 makes 1 pint.
• 4 store sealed in refrigerator.
