- 1 tablespoon flour
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon sugar (or more to taste)
Recipe
- 1 melt butter in sauce pan over medium heat, then add flour and stir until blended.
