Cold Brocolli Salad

Ingredients

  • Servings: 20
  • 4 cups broccoli
  • 1 purple onion
  • 1 cup raisins
  • 1 cup cashews
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar

Recipe

  • 1 chop onion and cashews.
  • 2 mix all ingredients together.
  • 3 best after mixed to let sit in fridge for several hours.
  • 4 vinegar may be substituted for apple cider vinegar.
