- 7 ounces corn muffin mix
- 3 large eggs
- 1/2 cup oil
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 2 tablespoons chopped pimiento
- 1/4 cup chopped green pepper
- 1 cup shredded cheese
Recipe
- 1 mix all ingredients , except cheese, pour into greased deep casserole dish.3 quart.
- 2 top casserole with shredded cheese.
- 3 bake at 350* for 45 minutes.
- 4 yield 8-10 servings.
