Corn Casserole

Total Time: 45 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 8
  • 1 onion
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 1 can whole corn, w/juice (no salt added)
  • 1 can creamed corn (no salt added)
  • 1 package jiffy cornbread mix
  • 8 ounces sour cream

Recipe

  • 1 saute onions in oleo.
  • 2 add corn, jiffy mix and sour cream.
  • 3 bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or the edges begin to brown.
