- 1 onion
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 1 can whole corn, w/juice (no salt added)
- 1 can creamed corn (no salt added)
- 1 package jiffy cornbread mix
- 8 ounces sour cream
Recipe
- 1 saute onions in oleo.
- 2 add corn, jiffy mix and sour cream.
- 3 bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or the edges begin to brown.
