Corn Cheese Casserole

Total Time: 1 hr 10 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 55 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 8
  • 1 (15 ounce) can corn, drained
  • 1 (15 ounce) can creamed corn
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 8 1/2 ounces corn muffin mix, -small box
  • 2 eggs, slightly beaten
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 8 ounces swiss cheese, shredded

Recipe

  • 1 mix everything except the cheese together until blended.
  • 2 bake in greased 9x13 glass baking dish at 350 for 35 minutes.
  • 3 remove from oven and stir in swiss cheese. bake an additional 15-20 minutes.
