Ingredients
- 60 banana peppers
- 4 cups vegetable oil
- 4 cups vinegar
- 64 ounces ketchup
- 2 cups sugar
- 4 tablespoons pickling spices
- 1 tablespoon salt
Recipe
- 1 wash pepper and vertically slice them -- some people like to cut them in rings. and stuff in sterile jars.
- 2 add ingredients in large sauce pan and bring to boil. pour over peppers in jars. listen for the pop!
