Chili Sauce

Total Time: 15 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • 2 cups dried red chilies, stems removed
  • 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1/3 cup oil
  • 1 pinch sea salt

Recipe

  • 1 fry chilis until roasted but not burned.
  • 2 puree: chilis, garlic, 1/3 c oil, and salt.
