Ingredients
2 cups dried red chilies, stems removed
3 tablespoons vegetable oil
2 garlic cloves
1/3 cup oil
1 pinch sea salt
Recipe
1 fry chilis until roasted but not burned.
2 puree: chilis, garlic, 1/3 c oil, and salt.
