Ingredients

- 2 lbs potatoes
- 3/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons dijon mustard
- 10 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1/3 cup scallion, chopped
Recipe
- 1 cook the potatoes and cube while still warm.
- 2 in a large bowl mix together mayonnaise and dijon mustard.
- 3 add potatoes, bacon, and scallions to mayonnaise mixture.
- 4 toss gently to coat well.
- 5 refrigerate.
