Ingredients

- 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
- 4 teaspoons fresh oregano, chopped
- 3/4 cup olive oil
- 2/3 cup canned mild green chili, drained and diced
- 4 green onions, finely chopped
- 4 cups cherry tomatoes, halved
Recipe
- 1 whisk balsamic vinegar and oregano in a medium bowl to blend.
- 2 gradually whisk in oil.
- 3 mix in green chilies and green onions.
- 4 add tomatoes,toss to coat and season with salt and pepper.
