Chicken Fingers

Total Time: 50 mins Preparation Time: 30 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 5 boneless skinless chicken breast halves
  • 4 slices bread
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon basil
  • 1 tablespoon oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil

Recipe

  • 1 finely chop bread in food processor.
  • 2 combine bread crumbs, parmesan, basil, oregano, garlic powder and salt.
  • 3 cut chicken into thin slices.
  • 4 dip into vegetable oil, then coat with crumb mixture.
  • 5 place on a greased baking sheet.
  • 6 bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes.
