Ingredients

- 5 boneless skinless chicken breast halves
- 4 slices bread
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon basil
- 1 tablespoon oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
Recipe
- 1 finely chop bread in food processor.
- 2 combine bread crumbs, parmesan, basil, oregano, garlic powder and salt.
- 3 cut chicken into thin slices.
- 4 dip into vegetable oil, then coat with crumb mixture.
- 5 place on a greased baking sheet.
- 6 bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes.
