Dijon Lamb Chops

Ingredients

- 4 -6 lamb rib chops
- 1 lemon, cut in half
- garlic powder
- fresh ground pepper
- 1 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 1/3 cup dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon wheat bran
- 1 teaspoon wheat bran
- vegetable oil cooking spray
Recipe
- 1 trim fat from lamb chops. rub both sides with lemon; sprinkle lightly with garlic powder and pepper.
- 2 combine parsley and next 2 ingredients, mix well, and press on all sides of chops. place chops in a 12x8x2 inch baking dish coated with cooking spray; bake, uncovered,at 500f for 4 minutes. reduce heat to 350f and bake chops an additional 15 minutes.
