Dijon Lamb Chops

Total Time: 35 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 4 -6 lamb rib chops
  • 1 lemon, cut in half
  • garlic powder
  • fresh ground pepper
  • 1 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 1/3 cup dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon wheat bran
  • 1 teaspoon wheat bran
  • vegetable oil cooking spray

Recipe

  • 1 trim fat from lamb chops. rub both sides with lemon; sprinkle lightly with garlic powder and pepper.
  • 2 combine parsley and next 2 ingredients, mix well, and press on all sides of chops. place chops in a 12x8x2 inch baking dish coated with cooking spray; bake, uncovered,at 500f for 4 minutes. reduce heat to 350f and bake chops an additional 15 minutes.
