Chili-glazed Chicken Wings With Toasted Sesame Seeds

- 16 chicken wings, 3 to 3 1/2 pounds, wing tips removed
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/4 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
- 3 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 teaspoons chili-garlic sauce, such as sriracha
- 1 teaspoon dark sesame oil
- 1/2 teaspoon fresh ginger, grated
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
Recipe
- 1 put the wings in a large bowl and evenly coat them with the oil, salt, and pepper. set aside at room temperature for 20 to 30 minutes
