Devonshire Mushrooms

Total Time: 20 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 8 ounces button mushrooms
  • 1 garlic clove, crushed
  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped onions
  • 1 tablespoon butter or 1 tablespoon margarine
  • 2 tablespoons wine
  • 4 tablespoons sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

Recipe

  • 1 in a sauté pan add the mushrooms, garlic, onion and butter.
  • 2 stir and cook on medium heat for 5 minutes, add wine and cook for 5 more minutes. remove the pan from the heat and stir in the sour cream.
  • 3 serve immediately.
