Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 8 ounces button mushrooms
- 1 garlic clove, crushed
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped onions
- 1 tablespoon butter or 1 tablespoon margarine
- 2 tablespoons wine
- 4 tablespoons sour cream
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
Recipe
- 1 in a sauté pan add the mushrooms, garlic, onion and butter.
- 2 stir and cook on medium heat for 5 minutes, add wine and cook for 5 more minutes. remove the pan from the heat and stir in the sour cream.
- 3 serve immediately.
