Cinnamon Swirl Loaf

Total Time: 1 hr 5 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 55 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 (10 ounce) package refrigerated bread dough
  • 1 tablespoon butter, melted
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 375 degrees f.
  • 2 lightly spray one valtrompia bread tube and caps with vegetable oil spray.
  • 3 unroll bread dough onto 13"x9" cutting board.
  • 4 pinch dough slits together.
  • 5 brush butter over dough.
  • 6 combine sugar and cinnamon; sprinkle evenly over dough.
  • 7 roll up dough starting at short side of rectangle and place in prepared valtrompia bread tube.
  • 8 bake 50 to 55 minutes.
  • 9 cool bread 10 minutes.
  • 10 remove loaf, and cool on a non-stick cooling rack before slicing.
