Cheddar Cornbread

Ingredients

  • Servings: 12
  • 2 (8 1/2 ounce) packages cornbread mix
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup plain yogurt
  • 1 (14 3/4 ounce) can cream-style corn
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Recipe

  • 1 in a bowl, combine the cornbread mix, eggs, milk, and yogurt until well blended.
  • 2 stir in the corn and cheese.
  • 3 pour into a greased 13x9 inch baking dish.
  • 4 bake at 400 degrees for 18-22 minutes or until tests done.
  • 5 cut into squares.
