- 2 (8 1/2 ounce) packages cornbread mix
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup plain yogurt
- 1 (14 3/4 ounce) can cream-style corn
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Recipe
- 1 in a bowl, combine the cornbread mix, eggs, milk, and yogurt until well blended.
- 2 stir in the corn and cheese.
- 3 pour into a greased 13x9 inch baking dish.
- 4 bake at 400 degrees for 18-22 minutes or until tests done.
- 5 cut into squares.
