Ingredients

- 4 tablespoons fat free cream cheese
- 1/4-1/2 cup broccoli, finely chopped (it can be any vegetable really)
- 2 rice cakes
Recipe
- 1 finely chop all the vegetables.
- 2 spread the cream cheese over the rice cakes.
- 3 drop the chopped vegetables all over the cream cheese; push it down a bit so they will stick.
