Creamy Vegetable Rice Cakes

Ingredients

  • Servings: 1
  • 4 tablespoons fat free cream cheese
  • 1/4-1/2 cup broccoli, finely chopped (it can be any vegetable really)
  • 2 rice cakes

Recipe

  • 1 finely chop all the vegetables.
  • 2 spread the cream cheese over the rice cakes.
  • 3 drop the chopped vegetables all over the cream cheese; push it down a bit so they will stick.
