- 1 cup broccoli, cooked
- 1/3 cup vegetable broth
- 1/4 cup frozen spinach, thawed
- 1 tablespoon miso
- 1/2 tablespoon tahini
- 1/2 tablespoon rice wine vinegar
- 1/4 cup tempeh, diced
Recipe
- 1 in a blender or food processor, puree broccoli, broth, spinach, miso, tahini, and vinegar until smooth.
