- 10 ounces low-fat cream of mushroom soup
- 1 lb frozen vegetables (a broccoli, cauliflower, carrot blend recommended)
- 1/2 cup of reduce-fat cheddar cheese
- salt, to taste
- pepper, to taste
- dried basil
