- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1/4 cup sugar (start with less then add to taste)
- 1/4 cup wine vinegar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- fresh ground black pepper
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1/2 teaspoon mustard powder
- 1 small garlic clove, grated
- 1 small shallot, grated
Recipe
- 1 combine all ingredients and whisk until well combined. the flavor improves if you refrigerate for a while before using.
