Ingredients

- 8 corn on the cob, husked
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- salt
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- lime juice
Recipe
- 1 boil the corn until it's almost cooked.
- 2 then mix the butter and salt in a bowl.
- 3 coat the corn in the butter mixture.
- 4 wrap in foil and bake or grill for about 5 minutes.
- 5 then unwrap, brush coat the corn with lime juice, sprinkle the paprika on top and grill without foil wrap for a few min until the kernels start to turn a golden colour.
