Desi Corn

Total Time: 30 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 25 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 8
  • 8 corn on the cob, husked
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • lime juice

Recipe

  • 1 boil the corn until it's almost cooked.
  • 2 then mix the butter and salt in a bowl.
  • 3 coat the corn in the butter mixture.
  • 4 wrap in foil and bake or grill for about 5 minutes.
  • 5 then unwrap, brush coat the corn with lime juice, sprinkle the paprika on top and grill without foil wrap for a few min until the kernels start to turn a golden colour.
