Desert Sour Cream Potatoes

Ingredients

  • Servings: 5
  • 4 russet potatoes, peeled or 4 russet potatoes, left with skins on for a more rustic look
  • 4 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup monterey jack cheese
  • 2 tablespoons grated onions
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • salt

Recipe

  • 1 parboil potatoes until a fork can pierce through the potato easily.
  • 2 let cool to touch.
  • 3 preheat oven to 350°f.
  • 4 grate potatoes and then add remaining ingredients and mix.
  • 5 transfer mixture into an ungreased casserole and bake until completely hot about 45 minutes, depending on the size of the casserole dish.
