Total Time: 9 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 4 mins

  • 3 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 3/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 2 cups vegetable oil
  • 10 (8 inch) flour tortillas, each cut into 8 wedges

Recipe

  • 1 combine sugar and cinnamon in a small bowl and set aside.

  • 6 repeat with remaining tortillas. (check the oil temperature in between batches and adjust heat accordingly.)

  • 8 can be stored in an air tight container for up to 7 days.
